ORDERING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

ORDERING OPTIONS

Orders are accepted online 24 hours a day.  If you choose not to order online, you may choose between the following options:

Ordering by mail
Order Forms may be printed out (add your items to cart  - checkout; however, do not submit your order, just print order and then cancel - DO NOT SUBMIT ORDER) and mailed to:

Ordering by phone
Orders may be phoned in Monday through Saturday  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. central time.

Ordering by fax
You may print out your order form and fax to (918) 371-3198.  Please send an >email to us immediately following the fax to let us know that the order was faxed (just in case the fax machine is not working properly and the fax is not received).

Ordering by email
For security reasons, we prefer that you not order by email.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Cards.

We also accept certified checks and money orders.  Personal checks are welcome; but, will delay your order since your order will not be shipped until check has cleared. 

You may also choose C.O.D. option.   A $7.50 fee per carton is charged on all C.O.D. orders.  Certified checks or money orders only please.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  Certified check or money order should be made payable to Exclusively Thomas.

 

SALES TAX
Oklahoma residents must add 8.517% sales tax.
